Harbor Creek Farms makes delicious, vegan prepared foods and condiments! We are a for-profit company with a social mission. Our mission is to help those in need. Our partner non-profit, Urban Hands, helps many in our community by providing job training to at-risk youth, helping those that need to stay warm on cold nights, and providing meals.
